He currently works as an Assistant Professor at Yeditepe University Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.

Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine
Graduated from the English-language medical programme. Then 10 months as an emergency physician at İzmir Kiraz State Hospital.
Ankara University — Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery
Nearly six years of residency. Became a specialist on 19 March 2021 with a thesis on flap perfusion; then two years of compulsory service at Yozgat City Hospital.
FEBOPRAS title and ISAPS Fellowship
Passed the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery exams and received the Fellow title on 13 November 2021; accepted to the ISAPS fellowship programme the same year.
The Netherlands — Dr. van der Meulen and Dr. Stevens
Active participation in rhinoplasty, periocular, facial and breast aesthetics, fat injection, stem cell and body contouring operations.
Yeditepe University
Assistant Professor at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery; clinical practice at Kozyatağı Hospital.
USA — facelift and neck lift with Dr. Ozan Sözer
Cadaver dissection courses in St. Louis, Missouri and at the University of California, Irvine; focus on facial aesthetic surgery.

Membership in international and national societies is part of following current literature and techniques. Dr. Ersan speaks fluent English.
Surgery takes place in a university hospital.
At Yeditepe University Kozyatağı Hospital, with fully equipped operating rooms, an experienced anaesthesia team and 24/7 intensive care. Aesthetic surgery is elective; a wide safety margin is not a preference but a condition.
